WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. — This month the Northern Berkshire Community Coalition (nbCC) invites the public to participate in a morning focused on self-care. 

 

Attendees will learn about various tips and practices they can incorporate into their lives to ensure they are taking better care of themselves.

 

This month's forum will offer demonstrations, samples, take-home items, and information for better physical, nutritional, emotional and mental health. No registration required and masks are optional. 

 

The forum will be on Friday, Dec. 9, at 10:00 a.m. to noon, at the First Congregational Church, located at 906 Main Street in Williamstown. 

 

nbCC said mental health was top on everyone's list of community concerns during their annual assessment and the Coalition invites you to this month's forum to spend this time together on self-care.
