Baseball in the Berkshires Presents 'Batmania' Talk

PITTSFIELD, Mass. -- Just in time for Halloween, the Baseball in the Berkshires museum will host "Batmania: The History of Bats" on Sunday, Oct. 27, from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Lichtenstein Center for the Arts.
 
Educator Jeff Wallace from the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum will give the presentation on the history of bats.
 
Participants will be able to see, touch and handle bats from the 1850s to today, including bats used by Babe Ruth, Jackie Robinson, Dave Mattingly, David Ortiz, Dustin Pedroia, Bryce Harper, Mookie Betts and Mike Judge.
 
Admission is free.
 
The Lichtenstein Center is located at 28 Renne Ave.
