MCLA Softball Program Offers Youth Clinics

NORTH ADAMS, Mass. -- The MCLA softball program this winter will host a pair of clinics that will focus on skill development of a wide range of age levels.
 
The first clinic is for youth players aged 7-13 and will be held on Feb. 24. The second clinic is set for March 3 and will be for high school student-athletes.
 
Registration is required for both clinics. Registration is not complete without payment and the corresponding health forms above. All players must bring the consent form prior to participation.
 
The cost for each clinic is $50.
 
The youth clinic will run from 8 a.m. to noon on Feb. 24. It will focus on the following:
 
Skill Development
Individualized instruction
Game strategies and concepts
Various competitions
 
The high school elite clinic will be held on March 3.  The focus of the clinic will revolve around these areas:
 
Collegiate level drills and instruction
Focus on Pitching and Catching at the next level
Offensive and Defensive concepts
 
Both clinics will be conducted by Co-Head Coaches Amanda Meczywor and Ashley Ciepiela.
