Willinet will be showing two meetings planning and Mount Greylock's school building committee live on Channel's 16 and 17 at 7. The Affordable Housing Committee, also at 7, will be taped for delayed broadcast.

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. — Concerned citizens are going to be giving their VCRs and DVRs a workout tonight.

The town has three meetings running concurrently at 7 p.m. in two different locations. Two of the sessions will be telecast live on the town's community access television station, and the other will be telecast on tape as soon as Wednesday.

WilliNet Executive Director Debby Dane on Monday said the station will air Tuesday's meeting of the Mount Greylock Regional High School Building Subcommittee live on Channel 16 while it also provides live coverage of the Planning Board meeting on Channel 17.

The third meeting — of the Affordable Housing Committee — will be shown later on Channel 16 and on the station's website, willinet.org, hopefully by Thursday.

The high school's building subcommittee is scheduled to give a final review of the district's latest Statement of Interest to the Massachusetts School Building Authority. It plans to have the request in shape to present to the MGRS Committee at its Feb. 26 meeting.

The Planning Board plans to discuss zoning changes in the town's Village Tourist Business zone.

The Affordable Housing Committee will be holding a face-to-face meeting with John Ryan, the development consultant the committee hired to do a housing needs assessment for the town. The panel also will be considering a rent increase request from Scarafoni Associates, the developer of the Church Corner housing project the town fostered at the former St. Raphael's Church and Rectory at the corner of Church Street and Cole Avenue.
