PITTSFIELD — After a trek last year walking more than 100 miles in Spain, photographer Wendy Noyes will chronicle her experience at a reception to open a gallery of her photos at EPOCH at Melbourne on Monday, Feb. 11 at 4 p.m. Noyes presentation and showing is entitled: “Bon Camino: The Good Way.” The public is invited to attend the reception or visit the gallery during February.
Noyes, a photographer for 40 years, traveled through northern Spain last year for three weeks, which she calls a pilgrimage to Santiago de Campostela. Noyes worked in black and white still and abstracts for 30 years before switching to large format color prints. A graduate of Smith College, Noyes has owned galleries in California, Texas and Michigan before moving to Spencertown, N.Y. where she maintains a studio with her husband.
While this reception is free and open to the public, a reservation is requested at 413-499-1992.
