Post Holiday Smoking Cessation Program Offered By BMC - November 28, 2007
For those looking to kick the smoking habit once and for all, Berkshire Medical Center offers a smoking cessation program starting in January. The BMC program meets on consecutive Thursdays for a five-week period.
The program includes the availability of nicotine replacement therapy. Pre-registration for the classes is required. The classes are for any smoker who has been trying to cut down or quit altogether and can't do it alone.
The smoking cessation program at Berkshire Medical Center will be offered on Thursdays, from January 3rd to January 31st from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. at the Berkshire Medical Center Hillcrest Campus, 165 Tor Court.
The program is limited to 12 participants. The cost of the program is $10 per session, unless covered by the participant's insurance. To register, interested participants may call the Berkshire Health Systems Tobacco Treatment Services program at 413-499-2602 or 800-459-8762, ext. 9414. |
