Free Homebuying Seminar - October 30, 2007
Greylock Federal Credit Union is hosting a free seminar about the process of buying a house in today’s real estate market.
The seminar will be held on Tuesday, November 13 from 6:30-8:30 pm at Greylock Federal Credit Union on 71 Elm Street in Pittsfield. Guest speakers include: Attorney Michael Considine, Realtor Anne Meczywor of Roberts and Associates Realty, Lori Goodell, Insurance Agent from Greylock Insurance Agency and Maureen Phillips, Mortgage Loan Officer from Greylock Federal Credit Union.
Maureen Phillips said, “This seminar is perfect for the first time home buyer. We will walk them through the process and tell them what to expect. Topics covered include: How to Become Pre-Approved for a Loan, How to Choose a Realtor, When to Contact the Attorney and What to Expect from an Insurance Agent.” Interested parties may reserve seating by calling 413-236-4005. Walk-ins are welcome and refreshments will be served.
