Sweetwood to Host Open House May 5th
 | You are invited! We hope to see you for this fun, free event! WILLIAMSTOWN – Sweetwood of Williamstown Retirement Living Community will host a Kentucky Derby Day Open House from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 5th to further reintroduce the community to Sweetwood, tour the building and living units, including recently renovated model apartments. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend.
Consistent with the theme, and with the Kentucky Derby taking place later in the day, refreshments will include strawberry juleps, and other derby-themed refreshments and food, such as pulled pork sliders, pickled shrimp, black-eyed pea salad, and bourbon truffles. J. Carol Goodman, whose work is included in the best American Short Stories, grew up in Rahway, NJ, went to boarding school in Vermont, and graduated from Bennington College. She currently lives in Williamstown, MA. with her husband.
